Jeff, my sweet friend, know you are dearly loved and thought about often. Always be encouraged, remain steadfast and unwaivering from the truth, knowing that the Lord upholds the cause of the oppressed and sets the prisoner free, and He WILL frustrate the ways of the wicked. Thank you for teaching me so so much over the years about perseverance, integrity, commitment and the tenderness of a man who loves and cares for his family and friends. September 3rd at 9:00 a.m. the Nebraska Supreme Court will hear the DNA evidence, something that was not used in the trial in 1989. Go to www.supremecourt.ne.gov. All I have ever asked for was to have a fair trial. Something that never happened in 1989. The prosecution withheld the eyewitness to the murder. Withheld the pants that had Sharon Condon's blood on them that belonged to Wasmer. Fact, Doug Warner is the most corrupted prosecutor in Scottsbluff. He has withheld evidence, lied about evidence, and continues to cover up evidence in this case. Nobody knows about the curtain from Valdez's door that came up missing when it was supposed to be sent to be tested for DNA, something Jim Lawson lost. There appears to be blood + grease on this curtail. I wonder who's blood is on it? I guess we will never know because Lawson got rid of it to cover up more of the fact that show I am innocent.
Fact. I bet nobody knows I presented affidavits of 38 Scottsbluff County residents that "Because of bias, prejudice and hostility," of area residents, Boppre would be unable to receive a fair trial, and of 11 area attroneys that each is convinced it is impossible for Boppre to have a fair trial in Scottsbluff County. I never received a fair trial, the trial in 1989 was corrupted by prosecutors who wanted a conviction at whatever price.
Fact of the DNA evidence. John Yellowboy's is at the crime scene, not mine. If it wasn't for the eyewitness who told the State Patrol 22 years ago and they said she was lying, she named John Yellowboy but the corrupt cops + State Patrol+ prosecutors withheld her from us, like they withheld the pants, lost the curtain and continue to cover up evidence. And these are the people running Scottsbluff County.
So the facts of the case. They withheld the eyewitness 22 years ago and are fighting hard so her story is not told. Facts of the case. Doug Warner called the State Patrol lab in Lincoln on 12-21-88 at 7:00 a.m. Scottsbluff time, 8:00 Lincoln time, and asked the lab tech, this #73 bloody pants #84 towel with Sharon Condon's blood on them. Now check this out, Facts. He asked if #73 + 84 not related to homicide can these be elimintaed no suspects blood. They withheld these items from me for 6 years. if this isn't being corrupt then what is? He withheld and covered up this evidence at trial. He wanted it not to be around. This evidence would have cleared me in 1989. But, no, Doug Warner wanted it eliminated and asked the lab tech to do so. This evidence was never used at trial. Warner withheld it, why?
All I have ever asked for is to be given a fair trial where all the evidence is given to the jury. And with no dirty cops, judge or prosecutors. I will fight to prove this corruption and justice denied on me.
