Why You Should Support Jeff Boppre
For more than 21 years, Jeff Boppre has steadfastly proclaimed his innocence in a brutal double homicide that occurred sometime during the late evening hours of September 18th or the early morning hours of September 19th, 1988, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Despite these protests, in March 1989, Jeff Boppre was convicted and is currently serving two consecutive life sentences in Nebraska State Penitentiary. In court documents, Mr. Boppre's attorneys provide clear and compelling evidence that Jeff is a victim of a miscarriage of justice resulting from suppressed evidence, prosecutorial misconduct and new forensic evidence. Taken together, it is clear that Jeff Boppre was wrongly convicted and he needs your support to help ensure that this injustice ends!
